Coffee shaped by place, brewed with intention, and made personal

your coffee, your rituals.

Why These, Not Everything

We don’t try to stock everything. We focus on a small selection of machines that we’ve actually lived with—machines we use daily, maintain ourselves, and would happily recommend to a friend. Every piece of equipment here has been chosen for how it performs over time, how easy it is to service, and whether it still makes sense once the excitement wears off.

If something is popular but doesn’t hold up in real use, it doesn’t make the cut. If it’s great but priced far beyond what it delivers, we pass. What remains is a tight lineup we believe in—built for people who care about coffee and want tools that grow with them.

Gears We Stand Behind

These are the machines we keep coming back to. Not because they’re new or hyped, but because they’re reliable, repairable, and consistently good in the cup. We’ve pulled shots on them, adjusted them, cleaned them, and lived with their quirks.

Whether you’re upgrading your home setup or stepping into prosumer territory for the first time, these machines represent what we think is worth owning right now—solid engineering, sensible design, and real value for everyday use.

Coffees We're Drinking Right Now

We source coffees from roasters around the world whose work we genuinely respect. People who care about sourcing, roasting, and transparency as much as flavor. The selection rotates regularly, based on what excites us and what we enjoy drinking at the bar.

These are coffees we brew, taste, and talk about ourselves. No filler, no permanent lineup—just a changing table of beans worth sharing, chosen to be brewed, compared, and enjoyed alongside good conversation.

Pull Up a Chair

This place exists because we like talking about coffee. Book a session to try the machines, taste coffees from around the world, and trade thoughts with people who care about the same things you do. It’s not a showroom and it’s not a sales pitch — it’s simply a table where coffee people can meet.
